The hard-working talent playground

295 Fifth Avenue is a century-old full-block building. It boasts abundant natural light, generous ceiling heights, and full-floor, expansive spaces developed for tomorrow’s tenants. Floorplates are vast and offer unlimited possibilities.

The different typefaces within the logo represent bringing together talent in a playful way to express the brand idea ‘The hard-working talent playground’.

Besides a bright colour palette, refined typography and relevant messaging core assets of this powerful brand were illustrations created through a collaboration with the ever-so-talented Josephine Rais.

Big part of this brand expression was creating concepts and advising on realising a 43,000 sq ft marketing suite. The customer journey started at the entrance lobby and goes all the way up to the 12th floor. A close collaboration with JaK Studios for the planning of our vision and RTI Design across the Atlantic have allowed us to bring this exciting project alive.

Besides other touch points such as the website, and interactive presentations, a highlight was to brainstorm various ideas for broker gifts. Even though not all of them got realised, it still shows the breath and flex of the brand and the fun we had with it.
